Jordan “JT” Baines brings a player’s mentality and a coach’s eye to every football breakdown. A former college defensive lineman, Baines saw his playing career altered by an injury during his junior year—but the setback pushed him deeper into the strategy, preparation, and detail that decide games long before kickoff.
