Because Black Listed Group sells digital content and account credits that provide immediate access to sports picks and analysis, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed and credits are added to your account, the sale is considered delivered.
Credit Validity
Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after that period and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Billing Problems
If you believe you were charged in error, were double-billed, or notice unauthorized activity, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate in good faith and correct genuine billing errors.
